Enjoyed a lovely stay at a quaint and cozy hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the food served was lovely, with generous portions and a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's garden was a delightful spot to enjoy a drink and a meal, with green surroundings and comfortable seating.
The location of the hotel was not ideal for my preferences. The road outside the hotel was busy and noisy, which disturbed my peace and quiet.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those looking to explore the surrounding nature reserve and take boat trips. the rooms offer nice views of the river, and some even have balconies. the beds are comfortable and the showers are good. the staff are helpful and the hotel is kept clean.
The communal areas could benefit from some modernization and redecorating.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city centre and a nice view of the river. the staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate the New Year. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the city and river.
The hotel lacked in terms of entertainment and activities for New Year's Eve. There was no live music or decorations, just a simple dinner and a countdown.
